Delete your PetLoop Care account

Deleting your PetLoop Care account is permanent. It cannot be restored. You can create a new account with the same email afterward.

Delete in the app

Open PetLoop Care and sign in.
Open the Profile tab.
Open Settings.
Tap Delete Account.
If you signed in with email, enter your PetLoop Care password and tap Delete. If you signed in with Google only, confirm Delete.

You are signed out immediately. The sign-in is removed, so that email can be used to create a new account. Nothing from the deleted account can be restored.

Delete by email

If you cannot open the app, email petloop919@gmail.com from the address on your PetLoop Care account. Use the subject Delete my PetLoop Care account and include the email you use to sign in. We may ask you to confirm it is you. We complete the request within 30 days.

Data that is deleted

When the account is deleted, we delete or anonymize personal data linked to it, including:

Your profile (name, username, email, and profile photo)
Pets, photos, weight, care logs, and reminders
Public Pet Passport pages, so the QR code no longer opens your pet
Push notification tokens for that account

Data that may be kept

A short billing record held by Google Play or RevenueCat, where the store or payment provider must keep it for fraud prevention, tax, or a legal duty. We do not keep this to operate your account.
A limited security or fraud-prevention record, only for as long as that duty requires.

Information stored only on your phone (the offline cache) is removed when you uninstall PetLoop Care or clear the app’s data.

Deleting the account does not cancel a Google Play subscription by itself. Cancel it in Google Play → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions.
